This project is the very essence of our design and business consultancy services. Our very first of its kind for this client. The Brief charged us to (1) roll up our sleeves (2) hold the client’s hand from pre project negotiations, through construction and handover (3) cover all blind spots against the constructing company and (4) be their legal representative in all matters. The client provided a standard three floor modern architectural plan for implementation to specification, within budget and a very tight deadline.
